The ONE XMAS promotion is a 7-week holiday celebration by One Communications, offering customers the chance to win weekly and daily prizes through various transactions.

The promotion runs from November 8th to December 31st, divided into two phases:

  • November 8th – November 30th: 3 weekly winners.

  • December 1st – December 31st: Daily prizes. 15 to 17 winners daily.

You can participate by conducting any of the following transactions:

  • Top up $2,000 or more.

  • Activate any Move data plan.

  • Sign up, Upgrade or pay your Fibre bill in full and on time.

From November 8th to November 30th, three weekly winners will be selected to win one of the following prizes:

  • iPhone 14

  • 65” TV

  • PS5

  • 1 month free on your Fibre bill

From December 1st to December 31st, customers who conduct the eligible transactions will have a chance to win a prize daily from the One Christmas Tree. Prizes range from:

  • 10 winners of $1,000 top up daily

  • 5 winners of a FREE Move 30+ plans

  • Echo Show

  • Mac book

  • Galaxy tablet

  • iPad

  • PSs5

  • Galaxy s24 ultra

  • Galaxy s24

  • 65” TV

  • $200 Amazon Gift Card

  • iPhone 14 and iPhone 15 (128 GB) plus 1-year free prepaid service on the Move 30+ plan

  • 1 winner of a 1-year free service

  • 2 winners of a 3-month free Fibre service

Customer must:

  • Top up $2,000 or more.

  • Activate any Move data plan.

  • Sign up, Upgrade or pay your Fibre bill in full and on time. All bills must be paid via mmg to qualify for the promotion.

Yes, customers can win multiple times as long as they continue to conduct eligible transactions throughout the promotion period.

Winners will be notified by One Communications through the contact information provided during the transaction.

There is no limit to the number of entries. Each eligible transaction counts as an entry.

In November. 

Week 1: From Oct 8th – 14th Draw on Nov 15th

Week 2: From Nov 15th – 21st draw on Nov 22nd

Week 3: From Nov 21st – 30th draw on Dec 2nd

In December 

Every day from 12:00am to 11:00pm

The draw will be done the next day during working hours.

All customers who took part in this promotion will be put into a randomizer, and according to the weekly prizes the respective number of winners will be selected. Same applies to the daily winner. 

Yes, customers will need to participate in a video or photo of the prize handover at the moment of receiving their prize.
