The Move Prepaid plans were created to allow our customers to connect and communicate how they would likefor as long as they need. Enjoy unlimited ONE calls and texts to stay connected with your loved ones without restrictions. Enjoy your data with no limits, no boundaries, just endless possibilities!

The Move plans include Any Use Data, unlimited ONE calls and texts plus minutes and text to call the othernetworks. The plan details are provided in the table below:

⦁    ONE minutes can be used to call ONE mobile numbers, Fixed Wireless and Landline numbers.
⦁    International calls will be charged to your mobile credit
 

The Prepaid Move plans are available for purchase via the USSD menu by dialling *100# and selecting option“2”.

Yes, the Move plans can be purchased via the MMG app or via https://www.mmg.gy/

Yes, all the plans are compatible with each other. However, the plans will expire based on its validity.

Yes, you can purchase a plan and send it to your friend or family member via the MMG app or web portal.

Yes. All the Plans include minutes that can be used to call other local network numbers i.e Digicel and Enet. Once the local minutes are utilised, however, all other calls will be charged to your mobile credit.

Yes. All the Plans include texts that can be used to message other local network numbers. Once the local text sare utilised, however, all other messages will be charged to the mobile credit.

No, the plans do not provide international minutes. All international calls will be charged to your mobile credit.

No, roaming is not available with the Move Plans. All roaming usage (talk, text and data) will be charged to the customer’s mobile credit. Customer can also purchase a Roaming Passport via the *100# Menu.

The plans will expire on the date/hour/minute/second from the date of purchase. i.e., if you buy a 1-day plan at08:00am then said plan will expire at 07:59:59 am on the following day

You must have your APNs (Access Point Name) configured on your phone before you are able to browse. For instructions on how to do this, go to https://onecomm.co.gy/support/mobile#tips-header and follow the step son how to set up your APNs for both Android and iOS devices.

Yes, your data will rollover once you purchase a new plan within 24 hours of your previous plan expiration

No, the prepaid plans are not transferrable.

If your mobile data does not work, you should restart your handset or switch Airplane mode from OFF to ON, tokick start your data. If airplane mode does not resolve the issue, please see details on how to configure yourAPNs or call customer care at 0663

Introducing One Communications’ new Talk plan: Valid for 30 days, prepaid customers can now enjoy UNLIMITED One minutes and local minutes at a cheaper rate for overall cost of ONLY $2000.

The Talk Plan comes with unlimited minutes for calls on the One network including for mobile and home phone. It also enables customers to make calls to the other networks (i.e. Digicel and E-Net) at a reduced rate of $12 per minute.

Yes. All One Comm prepaid customers can activate this plan through the USSD menu by dialing *663*2#. However, it is not available to postpaid customers.

The normal rate for all made locally (i.e. calls made on-net or off-net) of $38.75 will resume after the Talk Plan expires and the rate of $12 for local (off-net) calls becomes invalid.

Yes. Customers can activate any Move plan along with the One Talk Plan.

All of the Move plans and the Talk Plan come with unlimited One minutes but for the local minutes, the allotments that come with the active Move plan will be used up first before the customer is charged $12 per minute in accordance with the One Talk plan.

Each Talk Plan will expire exactly 30 days from the time it was activated so if two plans are activated at the same time, they will also expire around the same time.

No, the Talk plan does not contain any data allotment, only minutes for customers to enjoy talk time on direct calls.

Yes. Customers are free to make three-way calls whether on-net or offnet when they have the One Talk Plan.

Yes, SMS notifications will be sent to each customer who activates a One Talk Plan informing them that the plan was successfully activated, and another will be sent letting them know that the plan is expired.
