ONE COMMUNICATIONS 2024 CHRISTMAS PROMOTION

1. By entering the One Communications 2024 Christmas Promotion (‘the Promotion’), the Customer agrees that they are bound by these Terms and Conditions as well as the Terms and Conditions governing One Communications (Guyana) Inc. (“ONE”) Mobile and Fibre Services.
2.  It will be at ONE’s sole discretion as to whether all eligibility requirements have or have not been met by a participant and ONE may require evidence or confirmation from customers.
3.  This promotion shall only be applicable to successful account top ups in the sum of two thousand dollars ($2,000), activation of any Move Data Plans or Fibre application or upgrade or payment of a participant’s Fibre bill in full and on time.
4.  In addition, to Clause 3 hereof and subject to Clause 2, the participant understands and agrees that to benefit from this promotion, the participant must be a ONE Mobile or Fibre subscriber, and must either top up with no less than two thousand Dollars ($2,000.00) or activate any Move data plans or sign up or upgrade to Fibre or pay their Fibre bill in full and on time using Mobile Money Guyana (“MMG”). For any avoidance of doubt, this shall include customers who purchase a SIM or sign up for a Fibre account during the promotion. In addition, if a customer does not pay their Fibre bill using MMG or does not conduct any of the mentioned transactions the Customer understands and agrees that the Customer will not be eligible for this Promotion.
5.  Pursuant to Clause 2 hereof, if the participant is eligible, as solely determined by ONE, during the period November 11, 2024, to November 30, 2024, the selected participants will be eligible to win an iPhone 14, a 65” TV or 1 month free on their Fibre bill. Further, if the participant is eligible, as solely determined by ONE, during the period December 1, 2024, to December 31st, 2024, the selected participants will be eligible to win the following prizes: One thousand dollars ($1,000) top up daily FREE Move 30+ plans Echo Show Mac book Galaxy tablet iPad PSs5 Galaxy s24 Ultra Galaxy s24 65” TV iPhone 14 and iPhone 15 (128 GB) plus one (1)-year free prepaid service on the Move 30+ plan One (1)-year free service Three (3)-months free Fibre service
6. The participant understands and agrees that ONE may change the prizes at its sole discretion, and that the participants who ONE has determined to be the winners for this promotion, will be randomly selected.
7.  This promotion shall commence on the 11th day of November 2024 and shall conclude at 23:59hrs on the 31st day of December 2024 (the Period’). This period shall be divided into two parts pursuant to Clause 5 hereof. ONE shall have the sole option to extend and/or end this promotion before the expiration of the Period.
8.  ONE reserves the right to amend these promotional terms and conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. In such an event, notice will be given via ONE’s website or otherwise and will be effective immediately or as of the date referred to in such notifications. As such, the participant should check ONE’s website regularly for any changes and/or updates.
9. Personal data may be collected by ONE and will be processed and protected in accordance with the relevant privacy policy.
10.  The participant understands that ONE may broadcast, or publish a winning participant’s name, city of residence, photo, video tape, film or any other likeness, including the participant’s voice, recorded or live, for any reason that ONE deems necessary without compensation, unless prohibited by law, and the participant will hereby release any and all claims the participant may have against ONE for such use.
11. To the extent permitted by law, ONE excludes all liability for loss, damage or injury of any nature howsoever caused, sustained by any participant under this Promotion.
12. The terms and conditions, the Promotion and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by the laws of Guyana and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Guyana.
