By entering this Text to Donate Promotion (‘the Promotion’), the Customer agrees that they are bound by these Terms and Conditions as well as the Terms and Conditions governing One Communications (Guyana) Inc. (‘One Comm’) Mobile Service.

1. This promotion is applicable to all Mobile Subscribers.
2.  Every successful text containing “DONATE” sent by a customer to 620PINK or 6207465 will automatically allow the customer to donate the value of $500 (five hundred dollars). The Customer understands that each text sent will result in an automatic deduction of the said $500.
3.  Pursuant to Clause 4, the Customer understands and agrees should the Customer choose to enter this Promotion by sending the ‘DONATE’ text, the Customer will receive a SMS notification from One Comm confirming their entry, and the said SMS will include the accumulated entries by the Customer. For the avoidance of doubt 100 % (one hundred percent) of the Customers donation shall go to two cancer foundations as part of One Comm’s Pinktober initiative. Subscribers who donate shall remain anonymous.
4.  This Promotion is applicable from the 4th day of October 2024 and shall conclude at 23:59hrs on the 31st day of October 2024 (‘the promotional term’). One Comm shall have the sole option to extend this Promotion.
5. One Comm reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. In such an event, notice will be given via One Comm’s website or otherwise and will be effective immediately or as of the date referred to in such notifications.
6.  Personal data will be collected by One Comm and will be processed and protected inaccordance with these terms and conditions and our Privacy Policy, which is published on One Comm’s website. By participating in the Promotion, the participant agrees (and when sharing third party personal data guarantees that the relevant third party agrees) with the processing of personal data by One Comm.
7. To the extent permitted by law, One Comm excludes all liability for loss, damage or injury of any nature howsoever caused, sustained by any participant under this Promotion.
8. The terms and conditions, the Promotion and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by the laws of Guyana and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Guyana.
