1. By entering this Text to Win Promotion (‘the Promotion’), the Customer agrees that they are bound by these Terms and Conditions as well as the Terms and Conditions governing One Communications (Guyana) Inc. (‘the Company’) Mobile Service.

2.This promotion is applicable to all customers who have a Mobile SIM.

3. It will be at the Company’s sole discretion as to whether all eligibility requirements have or have not been met and the Company may require evidence or confirmation from customers.

4. Every successful text containing “WIN” sent by a customer to 620-2828 will automatically allow the customer one entry into the Promotion. The Customer understands that the more texts sent, the more chances Customers get to win from the Company prizes, determined by the Company, at its sole discretion. i. Pursuant to Clause 4, the Customer understands and agrees that there will be a SMS entry fee of five hundred dollars ($500) should the Customer choose to enter this Promotion. After sending the requisite text, the Customer will receive a SMS notification from the Company confirming their entry, and the said SMS will include the accumulated entries by the Customer. Subscribers will not be able to utilize the SMS allowance afforded under the Company’s Social Plans for such entry.

5. This Promotion is applicable from October 7, 2024, to October 31, 2024 (‘the promotional term’). The Company shall have the sole option to extend this Promotion.

6. The Customer further understands and agrees that upon the expiration of the promotional term, the benefits offered under this Promotion will cease in its entirety.

7. The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. In such an event, notice will be given via the Company’s website or otherwise and will be effective immediately or as of the date referred to in such notifications.

8. Personal data will be collected by the Company and will be processed and protected in accordance with these terms and conditions and our Privacy Policy, which is published on the Company’s website. By participating in the Promotion, the participant agrees (and when sharing third party personal data guarantees that the relevant third party agrees) with the processing of personal data by the Company.

9. To the extent permitted by law, the Company excludes all liability for loss, damage or injury of any nature howsoever caused, sustained by any participant under this Promotion.

10. The terms and conditions, the Promotion and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by the laws of Guyana and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Guyana.
